If you are unhappy with your SimpleLink Pro subscription, you can contact us within the first 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by clicking the link in your invoice emails. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds will not be granted if we determine that the service was abused or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
